J B Freemasonry in general Freemasonry is a fraternal organisation and understand itself as a union of free people, who are convinced that gaining knowledge and understanding of themselves  in relationship with others leads to a more human behaviour. The five basic ideals of  Freemasonry: freedom, equality, fraternity, toleran- ce and humanity are to be lived by  a practical exercise in everyday life. Freemasons from various places in Germany founded the Lodge Gustav Stresemann, in order to make masonic ideas accessible to men who value discretion and confidentiality. The starting ceremony - the introduction of light - took place on October 3rd, 2002 in Berlin. Since then our Lodge as a subsidiary of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Germany conducts meetings several times a year in different locations in Germany and the neighboring countries. Currently we have more than 80 members. Our community is a place for achieving spiritual deepening and free development of personality, where fraternity and active exchange of ideas are practiced to reach masonic goals.
